bubur lambuk ayam

  • 100 gm rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 200gm chicken (chopped/minced)
  • 1 pc sup bunjut adabi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 liter water
  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 pc chicken cube
  • 1 cup of mixed veggie.
  • salt and pepper
  • spring onion and fried shallots for garnishing
  1. heat the oil, and brown the onion, garlic and ginger.
  2. add chicken, stir in the rice, sup bunjut, chicken cube and water.
  3. when the rice is cooked pour in the milk and bring to boil. salt and pepper to taste
  4. served with the garnishing
